Membership FAQs

Q: Do I have to be a Social Member if I live in the community?
A: Yes. All residents of Hampton Hall are Social Members of the Club. Social membership dues fund the home owners association, providing care for all of the common areas of the community such as the streets, common area landscaping, security, and maintenance of the social amenities.


Q: What amenities are included with Social Membership (property ownership)?
A: Social Membership entitles the Member, spouse and dependent children under age 23 use of the Community Clubhouse, Pete’s Grill, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, playground, basketball court, and bocce courts.


Q: Do Social Members have access to the golf course and practice facilities?
A: Social members are permitted to play up to six rounds of golf per calendar year at the applicable guest rate. Use of the practice facilities is permitted with registered tee times.


Q: Is there a dining minimum?
A: No.


Q: Do I have to live in Hampton Hall to become a golf member of the Club?
A: No. Hampton Hall Club offers a limited number of Non-property Owner Golf Membership for golfers who do not own property in Hampton Hall.


Q: What is included in the Non-property Owner Golf Membership?
A: Non-property Owner Golf Members receive full golf privileges, including 14 day advanced tee time reservations, unlimited use of the practice facilities, full access to all golf clinics, participation in all club tournaments, access to our men’s and ladies' locker facilities, dining privileges at Pete’s Grill and the Community Clubhouse, use of private function rooms, and participation in the men’s and ladies' golf societies.


Q: Does Hampton Hall Club offer Reciprocal programs?
A: Hampton Hall participates in a summer reciprocal program and all Golf Members have access to numerous private clubs in the area at special reciprocal rates. Hampton Hall Club Golf Members also have the opportunity to play other courses through participation in interclub leagues, exchanges, and local and state golf associations.


Q: Do you offer single memberships and family memberships?
A: Both Golf and Social Memberships include privileges for the member, spouse, and dependent children under the age of 23, either living at home or attending school on a full-time basis. Single memberships are not available.
