  • General Manager

    • Loraine Vienne, CCM, CAM
      General Manager /COO            


        Loraine Ellis Vienne, CCM, CAM, is a certified Club Manager and Community Association Manager with over 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and club industry.

      Prior to taking the position at Hampton Hall Club, Loraine was the General Manager/COO at an active 1,300 home residential community and club in Florida. She is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania where her family owned a small resort on the shores of Lake Erie. After pursuing a career in advertising and television, she returned to the hospitality industry; as the owner of a special event and catering company. During this period, she won two prestigious International Special Event Society Design Awards. In 1999, Loraine's husband moved them to the Carolina's where he took a new position as a golf professional and she entered into the world of Club Management at a country club in Columbia, South Carolina. During her tenure in club management, she has held several positions as General Manager/COO at various private yacht & country clubs in the Carolinas and Florida and has won two National CMAA Awards for Membership Relations and Communications.

      Loraine is a forward-thinking club professional with a focus on club excellence and a strong embrace of the community.

    • Leslie Costelloe


      Leslie Costelloe recently relocated from Highland Mills, New York to make Bluffton her new home. Prior to  assuming her position as the Club Controller at Hampton Hall,  Leslie was the controller at Knollwood Country Club in Elmsford, NY, a Troon Golf Managed Property. Leslie brings over 20 years of financial experience in Corporate Structure, which has shown successful results in accounting practices and financial planning.

      Terri Yellich
      Accounting Manager


      Terri grew up in Michigan and relocated to Hilton Head in 2002. After graduating college she entered into the Accounting field.  Throughout Terri’s career she has gathered operational experience in several different arenas including: F&B, construction, community, tax, and country clubs.

      Terri is available to answer any and all questions relating to vendor and/or member billing. 

      Tami Eleftheriou
      Administrative Assistant


      Tami was born and raised in Sumter, S.C.  After meeting her husband, they decided Bluffton would be a great place to raise their family. 

      Living here over 18 years, she has worked at two other private Clubs, Belfair Plantation and Berkeley Hall, and continues to enjoy the private club experience.

      Jared McElroy
      Executive Chef

        In March of 2017 Jared took over the Executive Chef role at Hampton Hall Club.  Previously Jared served as the Executive Sous Chef at Sea Pines Resort, overseeing a wide variety of kitchens. Jared also oversaw the launch of the Culinary Arts Pilot Program for the Technical College of the Lowcountry, writing the curriculum and teaching the initial class of students.

      Before joining Sea Pines Resort, Jared served as Executive Chef for Food Network Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine at his Hilton Head Island restaurant, Robert Irvine's Eat! and as the Executive Chef on the Food Network show Restaurant:Impossible, where he lead the kitchen operations in over thirty restaurant turnarounds.

      Jared graduated from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Following his culinary school training he worked for James Beard Award winning Chef Todd English at his flagship restaurant Olives.

      Jared is married to his wife Christine and together they have three boys; Reese (7), Holden (5) and Beckett (1).


      Terrence Polcari
      Food and Beverage Director

        Terrence brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from being in the club business and hospitality industry for the last thirty years. Terrence has a long history of service in the Lowcountry, including managing food and beverage operations at several local country clubs. As a certified sommelier, he also brings his enthusiasm for wine and an expansive beverage program back to Hampton Hall.

      Nick Vasil
      Clubhouse Manager
        Nick has twenty-three years of hospitality experience with the last 11 years focus in member-owned private clubs. He has held the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Wexford Plantation and most recently worked at Long Cove Club as Clubhouse Manager. Nick resides on Hilton Head with his wife Jenn and son Finn. Nick's position as Clubhouse Manager will include catering functions previously handled by our events director. You will find Nick located in the Community Clubhouse administrative offices. He will be your main contact for all club and private events, and will have direct oversight of all food and beverage operations including the Golf Clubhouse – Pete's Grill.

      Head Golf Professional


      Brent graduated from Ferris State University in 1996 from their Professional Golf Management program and was elected to the PGA Membership in 1999.  He trained in Hilton Head Island during his education and knew he would return.   Brent has worked as a professional at Harbour Town Golf Links and Crescent Pointe, and most recently has been the Golf Professional and General Manager at Eagle's Pointe Golf Club.  Brent was awarded Golf Professional of the Year for our area 3 consecutive years beginning in 2003.  He joined our team in the spring of 2013, and is excited to help you enjoy the game!

      Steve Neville
      Assistant Golf Professional


      Stephen Neville is a certified PGA Professional in General Management and Class “A” PGA Member. His most recent position was as General Manager at Cherokee Valley Golf Club in Travelers Rest, SC. Prior to his position at Cherokee Valley he was the Head Golf Professional at Crescent Pointe as well as a faculty member at the Professional Golfer’s Career College. Stephen is married to his wife Sara and they have three children who all love the game of golf.

      Matt Sapochak
      Golf Course Superintendent


      Matt grew up in a small town in north central Pennsylvania before he moved to South Carolina to study to become a Golf Course Superintendent. He has had the privilege of building three golf courses and also renovating three, including Pete Dye and P.B. Dye courses. Matt has been a Golf Course Superintendent for 24 years and has grown just about every kind of turf grass used on golf courses in the Lowcounty.  He most enjoys building golf courses; his second love is playing golf.  Matt has enjoyed being at Hampton Hall since 2003, and being able to see the golf course go from dirt to one of the finest conditioned golf courses in the area.

    • Bonnie Price
      Sports Director

      Bonnie has been a AFAA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 15 years. She received her B.S. in Nutrition Science from Georgia Southern University in 1999. She has acquired a great amount of experience working with clients or all ages and fitness levels. Bonnie enjoys teaching a wide variety of classes from Spin, Step, Boot Camp and Water. In her spare time she enjoys running and researching the latest trends in fitness and nutrition.

      As your personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Bonnie strives to help each client establish their own goals and design programs that will develop strength, coordination and flexibility.

      Tara Gabirel
      License Massage Therapist

      Tara is a native of South Carolina but lived in Colorado for 23 years where she practiced massage therapy and cosmetology. After she returned back to her roots in South Carolina in 2005, she received additional education in massage therapy and skincare. Tara loves her work and sharing the benefits of wellness and beauty with her clients.

      Laphanie Banks
      Property Manager


      Before joining FirstService Residential, Laphanie was part of the executive team at Associa for over seven years. Starting as a Resale Coordinator, she was promoted to Community Manager and eventually to Manager of Community Development in 2014. She earned the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) as well as the Association Manager Specialist (AMS) designation.  A graduate from Georgia State University, Laphanie holds a Bachelor degree in Forensic Social Work. She has 25 years of project management and administration experience. She has worked with HOA, condo and developer owned associations for over 8 years.            

      Josh Fritz
      Community Assistant

        Josh has worked for FirstService Residential for 4 years. During this time, he was a member of the management team at an active adult community. Some of his responsibilities included assistance with daily operations including ARB administration, customer service, work order processing. He also provided administrative support for the Community Manager and Lifestyle Director. Joshua is a Lowcountry native and attended The University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC where he earned a degree in Psychology. His goal in his position is to provide professional customer service and support and use his valuable skills to meet the needs of homeowners and the community.

    • Kristy Stewart
      Director of Membership, Marketing & Communications


      Kristy Stewart, a Nebraska native, moved to the Lowcountry in 2006. Prior to joining the Hampton Hall team, she served as Club Manager at Dolphin Head Golf Club and then as the Director of Membership Relations and Communications at Sea Pines Country Club. Kristy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and tourism from the University of Nebraska Kearney. Kristy lives in Bluffton with her husband Todd, who is the athletic trainer and sports medicine teacher at Bluffton High School, and her daughter Payton who is four years old and loves playing outside and going to the beach.

      Kristy looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm and excitement with the current and future members at Hampton Hall. Please contact her with any questions regarding membership privileges and upgrades.

      Megan Bonomo
      Member Services Coordinator

        Megan Bonomo, a Pennsylvania native, happily moved to Bluffton in 2018. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Lock Haven University in Communications with a concentration in Public Discourse and Performance, as well as minors in Marine Biology and Environmental Studies.

      Before moving to the Lowcountry, Megan served as publicity manager for National Geographic and was a park ranger at Pocahontas State Park in Virginia.

      In her spare time, Megan enjoys relaxing on the beach, traveling, and exploring the local food scene.

    • Paul Tollefson
      Head Tennis Professional


        In late 2011 Hampton Hall welcomed Paul as our Head Tennis Professional, hailing from Kalamazoo, Michigan.  He is a certified PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) and USPTA teaching professional, as well as a PTR National tester and clinician.  In 2005 Paul was awarded the title of North Carolina Pro of the Year.  With over 18 years of experience, Paul is happy to bring specialized training and lots of energy to our tennis program.

      Paul also brings a unique edge to our Jr. Tennis Programming!
