Bonnie graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1999 with a B.S. in Food Science and moved to Hilton Head. She has been teaching Aerobics for the past 17 years and personal training for 15 years. Her work experience has allowed her to become familiar with a wide variety of individuals needs ranging from M.S. and shoulder injuries to teenagers in sports training. In addition to training and teaching, she enjoys running and participating in area triathlons. She also enjoys cooking and researching health and fitness topics.
